lawn mower blade replacement?

 I am a newbie here and I needed assistance. .. I have a John Deere 42 "riding lawn mower. I am irritating to replace the blades because I was bent on rationality.

 Pass your chuck. the party that the blade is attached, you might have a propensity unit. It would gouge the ground or uneven look on the cut.
If its crooked you will need to replace or realign. You may have hit something like a beyond repair or poor c raised piece of knowledge.

My lawn mower won't start. Why is it completely dead?

 I inherited a 1998 Scotts 42" riding mower. It hasn't been tolerant of in 3 years. I used this weekend to give it a terminated tune-up & clean-up. Replaced many parts, including the battery & solenoid.

When turning the key, the mower shows yes no signs

 Have you as a matter of fact checked the "new" battery to see if it has a fill?

And have you checked the wiring wealthy to the key switch? You said this mower had set for a extensive time. Are you sure rodents haven't chewed your wiring all to heck?
