I have a 2 cycle homelite weedeater that leaks fuel. Is it worth trying to have it repaired ?

 my grandpa gave me a weed eater and it runs rectify for about a minute or so then it dies out. Starts -karat up and then does the same thing all over. I am perpetual a 24:1 fuel correlation because thats what my tiller uses, then i started to add a pygmy more gas to the tank

 Sounds like you may have a gasket let slip. I would tighten all the screws/bolts on the motor and see if that helps.

Other than that, if the entity has a choke on it, make trustworthy it is open after it starts competition.
