Where do I find parts for my snowblower?

 I was supposed to 8hp 24 "snowblower that seems well designed, but I would like to understand how to acquire parts. I may be necessary to renew friction wheel before this winter. I can not find anything whether on the ring using the name and numbers of the Assembly.
