When is the best time to buy a John Deere riding mower?

 This is not a difficult situation, but I need a riding mower news. I obviously on a John Deere LA115 Mulching with laminate and perhaps a trailer behind the sprayer. Anyway, does anyone identify this time of year is A-or even if it makes a difference when you buy one?

Should I go HVLP or airless paint spraying for my houses? I've acquired giant tow-behind compressor...?
