I purchased a Toro snowblower with an electric start recently, but it won't start unless it's plugged in?

 I little amount of the unit has a battery that price I could, but it does not seem that way. Am I missing something? This is a Toro 522 Power abandon. Thank you in advance for any consideration.

Yes, the engine starts 120 Volts household. There is no battery, if a power of 120 volts is not available, you have to use the pull start.

 I have a Toro snowblower. It will start and run for a few minutes and then it cuts out. I conceive of one of the problems is that the choke lever slides out on an preference and thus makes the engine cut out. However, even when not on an tend it will still cut out. The spark
