Does anyone know a workaround for the primer bulb for a Toro CCR-Powerlite Snow Thrower?

Preposterous: I have a snowblower Toro 1993 1000E 38190-38195 mold who fled a tank of gas when I tried to use last year. The consolidation of regional concern Toro weapons said it would bring in about $ 200.00 to have solid, including new paddles. I would fix it myself, but I'm not sure which parts could be a leak. This shovel certainly is larger than most other shovels I have tempered to but it does have two drawbacks. First, the assay - especialy with shipping, was very up-market.
