How do you set the govenor on a older craftsman 5 hp Tecumseh snowblower engine?

 The track is short-circuited easest gov.spring minute.this just cheat a little but m fine.the spring hooks throttle lever carbohydrates.

Have a a Tecumseh engine snowblower and it will not stay wide open.Will go between wide open & half throttle?

Now, there is no pulsation in the government and continues to rise. This overspeed and the throttle and act as a gov. I made no other adjustments to the governor mounting. It works well advised that before, but the governments acting independently of the throttle.Interpretation if I broadcast the throttle, the government opened just more and more tours of the engine. Governments do not move when I arguer in the guideline as it was starting to change my arm raised. Can you plz show how to correct properly. Thank you Bill C....

At issue : I have an Ahrens snow blower with a Tecumseh mechanism, mod.#OH318SA. At the end of last mature the locomotive developed a puzzler which I can only call a “lope or gallop”….slick punctuated with almost fading fast in a thorough cycle.
