How can I talk to a Technician about a Sears Craftman lawn tractor recurring issue with the mower deck?

 I have a lawn tractor from the artisan (mod 917273461). I replaced the same parts now 3 times and I'm getting ready to replace them once more. The mine shaft (mandrel kit PN 137646, authorized replacement parts) and the pulley PN 173436.

 I manage to take a hit that I know what you speak. I call that the problem is the nut on top of the pulley is loose or coming into disorder. I do not know what is the torque specs for the nuts, but I remember it should be about 75 lbs ft or more.

i broke the link lift bar (left hand side) on my craftsman lawn tractor. has anyone else had this happen?

 could you please outline me how you went about replacing this connection lift. does the mower deck have to be removed or is there an easier way of replacing it. have codify the part from sears, but, it has no instructions. anything you can tell me, will remedy. thanks.

 I had a craftsman mower and at least one of those skint every year. If I remember correctly, it could be replaced without removing the deck, but it takes some contortion on your part to get it done.

Do yourself a favor and ditch the tuppenny made craftsman and buy yourself a good John Deere.
