How to fix poulan riding lawn mower?

 I have a Poulan Pro 18 hp lawn tractor that I replaced the battery, solenoid, and choke. The solenoid was the last part replaced, and then I dipped once. Now when you turn the key it makes a buzzing noise and visually impaired will not start.

 take the Kindle sheet and see if it will turn. the cylinder can be full of gas, which is caused by a sticking valve in the carburetor Bob.

About how much would it cost to replace the motor on a Poulan riding mower? It is the smallest one you can get
