 I get all the shit jobs in a call, I'm considered the man who can, but because I am a temp boss thinks I should do all necessary work. that the only sites i eneded skilful hand to bring my own power tools quality tools site talkies.

 No, I agree with what you unconditional did. If he wants to have jobs well advised, then let him go get his own tools. You protect what is yours as you paid for them.
