how do i adjust the idle screws on a stihl weedeater?

I have a stihl weedeater. beau id FS-52. there is a H and L on the beach gull. the unmanageable i am having is that i can start the w/e(weedeater) with the throttle on and then take it off once it starts but i will run with stop off for a lil bit then die. i am meditative my sustenance combination is to funny. but when i rev it up the smoke clears up inferring to me that the amalgam ISNT to wealthy. any suggestions on how to set upon the two screws? which governing? how far?
