how do you swath a pasture with a sickle bar mower?

 An old sickle bar mower # 9. It hurts to mow the field all the same summit. What kind of adjustment (s) do I need to do the mower and / or Ford 8N tractor that I use?

 I would call your agent section of County. Usually they are older and have access to people who have experience of farming. I used a hand sickle confidence 7 ', but no one pulled by a tractor.

 I am vexing to find replacement belts for my 4 HP 1993 Troy-Bilt Trailblazer sickle bar mower (the locale drive belt and the cutter bar plunge belt) I have looked everywhere !! Even if someone knows the range of these belts that would also be much appreciated. I have knowledge

Edit: There's a good fate that if you took the belts to a town auto parts stockpile they would have the same size belts in oxen. If these are ordinary V belts, it shouldn't be too wearying to find a match.
