I have 2 acres and plan to roll the yard. Is there a right way or a wrong way to roll a lawn?

 The roller is water filled and I will be pulling it with a 1450 Cub Cadet garden tractor. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Q: I have a partial picture of many of our Chinese pistachio. We planted two of these five years ago. The first ended with the drillers, and it spoiled cosmetics to half of its trunk. However, he survived. Now the other tree has developed what looks like a painting beneath the bark. Finally, the bark comes off. We are witnessing the formation of crusts of sap and some cracks on a limb fully developed. The growth of the tree appears healthy. Is this a canker? Is there nothing I can do about it?

A: My bet is that the trunks of these trees are not packaged for your first year.That's about a non-negotiable responsibility for new Chinese pistachio and oak Shumard red because neither species has hosted thousands of bark first. Their trunks are smooth and they were shadowed by another in the nursery. Without added shading trunks will suffer exposure times, and drillers move in right behind.
