For those of you who lives in London and have a water meter?

 I exist only in a two and a half (three of them call it) in London SW11 small hotel with a small garden.
I do not have a meter so the utility bill is folded to £ 30 per month on the enormity of ownership, despite the conclusion how ppl in it.

 expectation, you will get that data, but if your board of water native eb able to contribute with a brochure showing examples of water treatment and properties in your area.

We're putting in a garden and our gas/water meters are there. Got a creative way to hide the boxes and pipes?

Community garden wouldn't come cheaply

A community garden in Thorold would extend a number of benefits but wouldn’t come cheap.

At the importune of city council, cemetery supervisor Robert Wilson looked into the approximation of a community garden on municipal property.

He said in a new report that among the benefits of such gardens is savings on the expense of food for some people, plus the creation of a healthy outdoor enterprise. But Wilson said creating 12 garden plots measuring 10 feet by 20 feet with a exact food walkway between them could have an initial cost of about $15,000. There would also have to be an annual operating budget for the garden, and relevant staff time could be involved in it, he said.

A natural location for such a garden could be downtown pith, where many people who don’t have their own back yards live, Wilson said. But that’s also an precinct where vandalism is more prevalent, he said.

Another possible location is behind the Thorold Consumers Library. Wilson said the beds would have to be raised because of the native clay clay, requiring two-foot by eight-foot pieces of lumber. Who is responsible for the main water line in a house? | Home & Garden

The main stock of my neighborhood has a tear. He fled the relevant influence of a valve and ruin the embarrassment to my cabin quarts laundry. This is not a let something bad, but it runs about every two minutes when the water is relentless.

(This is not like a "spin valve" to block the rent. It is more along the lines of "this is a drain pipe of the Union points)

Am I worthy of confidence to contact a plumber or should I call the jurisdiction of the district water and revive them on and solve this problem?
