Our tiller leaks gas, surges, and then quit running completely?

 Asker reply to the question bar someone hit the house. We went from vertical to get our $ 214 bar Craftsmen repaired - it was hard perpetual. The guy replaced the gas tank and carburetor. When we picked up, it still ran rough and was a gas leak.

 Where is it leaking gas from? lighter tank, carburetor or elsewhere? What do you excellent failures? Spray, smoke???
