Batavia - Kim Tharnish wants customers to promise him one thing - they are in good hands.

Steve Seitz and Kate Medina are entrepreneurs seeking to expand their interests when they started to look in a Sears franchise.

''We are so heavily involved in real estate, we wanted to diversify, and the notion of plan relate Sears has a lot of sense,''said Steve Seitz. ''There are a lot of time for the growth of this company.''

Steve, 26, got his feet wet in the business when he joined whistle on the EZ to Medina in 2004 at the age of 19. In recent years, he bought the company and in 2007 opened a tank video. It was sold to an employee a year later.

After his marriage to Kate, 27 years, they became partners in development, as well.

''It is the result of our businesses,''said Steve.
